Banana Nut Muffins

1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

2 eggs
1/4 cup yogurt
2 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 bananas mashed
1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins or cut apricots)

Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix the wet in a separate bowl. Stir wet ingredients into the dry and stir only to moisten. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
